It is fun to be painting something other than bare trees and snow for a while. I was beginning to think that I had exhausted the possibilities of the Niagara winter so it is nice to have something different to paint. I took so many photos in PR that I could probably keep going for the rest of the year but Spring is almost upon us so I will probably be drawn back into my more seasonal local pictures soon.

ReplyDeleteI really love this one. The light is wonderful and you can almost feel a gentle evening breeze. (It feels like evening to me) The values really work.
